We immediately secure the home and establish a security plan for the estate, helping protect the property and its contents while next steps are determined. This includes changing locks and camera installation and more.
Organize and Catalogue
We sort, organize and catalogue the contents, identifying items for beneficiaries, appraisal, sale, donation or disposal. Nothing is removed from the property without approval.

Appraise and Sell
We identify items with potential value and coordinate appropriate appraisals, auctions, specialty sales and other avenues to help realize their value. The goal is to ensure we are getting the maximum possible value for the estate.

Prepare Home for Sale
We coordinate the work needed to prepare the property for market, including repairs, cleaning, removal and other services required to present the home at its best. We get multiple quotes to ensure clients are confident that they are getting them the best value.
